Our story began when Lynn Hicks, a dedicated HVAC professional, purchased Mastertech from its original owner. For over 28 years, Lynn has built the company on principles rooted in both faith and hard work—treating people with respect and striving to serve with excellence. From an early age, he passed these values on to his son, who grew up learning not just the trade, but also the importance of living out faith in business.

In 2024, Mastertech proudly became a multi-generational company when the next generation obtained an Unrestricted Conditioned Air License in the state of Georgia, joining Lynn in leading the company into the future. This license allows us to work on and install HVAC systems of any size, far exceeding the qualifications required for residential services.

Today, whether it’s a small residential repair or a large commercial installation, we bring unmatched expertise and professionalism to every job. More importantly, we bring the same faith, integrity, and dedication that have been at the heart of Mastertech from the beginning.
